Beedo history
"Beedo" idea and process since 1996 was created by Rimantas Jankevicius, who regularly made and still makes reseaches who to work more productive and effectively.
Since 2009 the team of form-minded people who wanted to implement the idea of continuous improvement of themselves and their clients' lives and works was formed.
In 1996 - 2011 m. period the work and consulting experience has been largely structured in:
- the financial sector (World Bank Group, Verozona)
- the production and distribution sector(Coca-Cola HBC)
- the primary and secondary support in the medical sector
- the real estate projects
- the catering sector
- the direct sales and call centers
- the accounting services.
The freshest and the deepest analysis was made since 2008 in IT - Mobile payments company "Verozona". His experience was realized as a practical tool called Beedo.
During that time team that created Beedo practically tested:
- "Targeted selection" – for personnel selection
- Situational Leadership – for training
- DISC – for forming the team
- TOC (Theory of Constraints) – for uncertainty management in projects
- "What and How" – for defining and implementation of the goals

Beedo means permanent and consistent change in the organization, whose main goal - to be competitive.

BeeDo adaptation is fast and simple
The adaptation of BeeDo process is fast and simple. We advice you to start with one or two persons in your organization (one of them should be in manager level).
First, we do trainings for these few people, later they share the knowledge with others. It is not necessary to do revolution in one day overall the organization. Consistently and systematically the change will come when every person and every section goes through the learning cycle.
