Can we learn effectively?
We offer to do this test in nearest seminat your or employees attend::
- Write down how many days seminar took and how much it cost. For example.: the price of seminar was 1000 Eur and it took 2 days. The actual price would be 1500 Eur (seminar and employees salary price).
- Immediately after the seminar write down how much lecturer materials do you or employee has: notes, slide and practical examples (in fact not all lecturers are willing to share).
- 2 weeks after the seminar check the amount of the essential provisions of the seminar you/employee have applied in their work and received benefits in EUR or are planning to receiv in the current month.
- After a month check whether you/employee still remembers what seminar was about.
- After 2 months count returns: the benefit in EUR divided by the money invested.
In the result you will have two benefits: you know the returs of seminars and you will make real task of management accounting.

Knowledges or skills
Here is a simple example. Which driver will take the woman who suddenly started to give birth to hospital? One who has 2 years driving experience, or one who knows that in order to drive keys are necessary, that there is gears and accelerator pedal and knows rules?
Maybe it seems paradoxical, but knowledge is not always useful because we can not predict when we will use them. If you need to do the job, it needs to be done here and now. We need to know and be able to do it.
Therefore, we conclude that trainings that does not leads to authomatical skills is just a time spent pleasantly, but not an investment that pays off.
If you want to remind skill you need to repeat it 20-30 times. If you want to make your body act authomaticaly, exercise should be repeated 700-800 times. Thus, investment in skills takes time and effort, so it makes sense to develop only the most important skills.
It remains to answer the question "how to learn effectively"?
Speaking about the skills we have in mind: to learn quickly prepare great proposal or presentation to the client, to plan week/month tasks, to prepare business plan, to moderate efficiently a meeting or discussion, to take notes after a meeting and ect.
We are talking about things that will save hours or days and you will do more - so you will be more valuable, and most importantly - you will earn more!
As Brian Tracy said: "Be a lifelong student.The more you learn ,the more you earn and more self confidence you will have. "
